Our process is designed to support you – the only one who can create the thriving life you want.  Our holistic approach is based in the clear certainty that these elements are critical to making successful change:



Having an empowering, supportive, safe space to try new things and take risks is critical for leaders to transform themselves and their lives. We operate as a support team with whom leaders can consider sensitive or risky issues and questions in a neutral and confidential way;

Leaders are most successful – and satisfied - when they can find their own center, deepen their connection to their intuition and clarity, and bring their lives and businesses into flow, creating with more momentum, self-trust and ease.

By definition, leaders are already effective.  We focus on what leaders already do well to enhance excellence and address issues, rather than focusing on weaknesses;

Committing to a strong clear vision for your life and your business and having a clear picture of what success/satisfaction look like for you; these things set the tone and the focus for what you create and how it happens. We help you develop that, and we bolster the tone through our work. We also support leaders in finding what does not match that and to shift it or move it out, and to identify the new to bring in;

The cathartic moment or insight, while powerful, is often not enough to create sustained change, and we therefore support leaders not only in identifying the answers they seek, but in sustaining change in the following crucial ways;

1. embodying the changes made – grounding insights and inspirations by training the body (nervous system, muscles, etc) to live in this new way in order to sustain change; 


2. taking action steps to create what we want – sometimes the action to implement a decision is the greater challenge and working with follow-through takes the new shift to a deeper level; and 


3. sustaining the changes made – this includes creating environments, relationships and community that support the new ways and the vision.
